Dr. Girish S Godbole

Dr. Girish Godbole, an interventional cardiologist by profession based in the city of Bengaluru specializes in adult interventional cardiology.

Post MBBS, Dr. Godbole completed his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in General Medicine and Cardiology which are high standard postgraduate and postdoctoral courses conducted by the National Board of Examinations, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He then applied for Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP), a postgraduate medical diploma in the United Kingdom (UK) which played an essential role in his professional development and provided him with the requisite professional knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to practise competently in his chosen field of speciality.

A vast experience in clinical research further strengthened his research background. Practising since 2010, he visits Bengaluru’s St. Philomena’s Hospital in the mornings and Vikram Hospital in the afternoons where he consults patients with catheter-based treatment of heart diseases.
